Join us in our Minecraft Social Club and explore the world of creation like never before!
In this club, you'll get to create your own EPIC creative projects and show them off to the class!
Join our Minecraft Social Club and let's create some amazing projects together!
Sessions are interest-led. Examples of projects we may explore: Simple Flying Machine, Redstone Submarine, Bubble Column Elevators, Redstone Armor Stands, various hidden secret base techniques, upgrading your base, using commands, creating portals and teleporter.

Through this class, your child will exercise their critical thinking and interpersonal skills, while developing their self-confidence as they achieve their goals.

-For Chem- ONLY Minecraft Bedrock and Education editions will work
-For Create- All Minecraft editions are welcome!
-For Quest & Connect: Minecraft Bedrock Edition with the ability to play multiplayer online and mutual friending with Ms. Jolene within Minecraft Bedrock is needed
Having two devices (or being able to open two side by side windows on your device), one for our classroom Zoom, and the other on your own Minecraft world is needed.
Please note: students play in their own games and not on a shared server unless stated otherwise

Ms. Jolene
I am a highly experienced and actively certified educator with a Master of Science: Curriculum and Instruction VI degree and multiple active teaching certifications including School Library Media Technology Specialist (PreK-12th grade), English Language Arts (multiple certifications across multiple grade ranges), and more.
I am also Minecraft Education Edition certified. I homeschool my own assumed 2e child, am neurodivergent myself, and am an avid Minecraft player. I am quirky, enthusiastic, empowering, and incorporate SEL, STEAM, growth mindset, differentiation, and strength-based practices.
I believe that self-determination is key and Info dumping about Minecraft is a love language.

Please don’t confuse reactive “distance learning” and virtual enrichment programming. After all, a student who is completely fried from a boring zoom class is often quick to pick up a tablet or phone, right?
